Whatwasithinking.co.uk upgraded to AddThis

It was about time that I spent some more maintenance time on this blog. The blog itself is running great on the Amazing Grace theme, but the social plugins were a bit outdated in the look and feel – so why not give it a bit of an overhaul and use a better platform which also provides some really useful stats!

So, I upgraded to AddThis, one of the most-used bookmarking and content-sharing services out there! I hope you like the change πŸ™‚

Visit Newbury is live!

We have just launched Visit Newbury!

The website was designed by myself and built by Severine Perherin and me, and features a lot of new content and is based on New Vision Groupβ€˜s new modular CMS Pro and features a host of new options and modules to maintain and update the site, from dynamic tabbers, accordions, content-managed slideshows, live availability information and more.

The site also has some lovely imagery, so it is definelty worth having a look!

Back from the ENTER 2011 conference!

Wow, those were a couple of amazing days at the ENTER 2011 conference in Innsbruck, Austria! Fantastic keynotes from the guys from Lastminute.com, TripAdvisor, VisitWales, Visit Norway, Visit Britain, and more. And not to forget some really amazing industry case studies (including mine πŸ˜‰ ) and some fantastic and inspiring PhD research papers, I was really impressed!

If you’re interested, here are some photos I took from the conference:

Overall, a worthwhile trip, and I’ll definetly come to the ENTER 2012 in Sweden!
